At Kivora Pets, we want you and your dog to love every purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used by pets may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
